Challah (No eggs - only olive oil)

This recipe is adapted from Challah Hub (Original Vegan Challah – Challah Hub). I love this recipe for challah as I am always hesitant to use 5 to 6 eggs all at once. This recipe still delivers on a great texture and richness. The recipe from Challah Hub uses coconut oil to enrich the dough in place of eggs, but I find that olive oil is also a perfectly suitable replacement. A definite treat to pull apart at the table with family and friends!

(In Spanish, the word jalar means “to pull”, and so my family loves to say, “¡Jala la Challah!”)
